How it works

What is HomeFit?

HomeFit gives you the chance to try our range of pants at home free of charge. There are no shipping fees, only pay for what you keep. No commitments, no subscription. Returns are free and easy. Keep 1 item get 10% off, 2+ items get 20% off.

How does HomeFit work?

Step 1
Sign up for HomeFit here

Step 2
Our team will send you a link via email to choose your 3 pants. There is no up front cost.

Step 3
Your order is shipped to you. You have 5 calendar days to decide what you like, and return the rest using the prepaid shipping label. You will only be charged for the garments you keep.

What is in included my HomeFit box?

Up to 3 pants in your choice of color, size, and style
Prepaid return label
Information on available pants styles
Packing list with the cost and specifications of the pants in the box

Can everyone use HomeFit?

Right now HomeFit availability is based on inventory. If we are unable to continue to accept HomeFit orders, you will be able to join a waitlist.

Is this a subscription?

No, HomeFit is not a subscription, and there is no commitment or obligation. This is simply an easy way to try on Seneca pants, find your fit, touch the fabrics, and decide which things work for you.

Products, Shipping & Returns

Which products are eligible?

HomeFit is currently only available for pants styles. You can choose any color or size of the Vanta Pant, Vanta Pro Pant, and VantaGPT Pant.

How do returns work?

We've made returning items as easy as can be.

You have 5 calendar days from when you receive your HomeFit box to return unwanted items.

The box we've provided is re-sealable (see the pre-attached tape on lip) and we've already included the return label. Simply attach and drop off at your local USPS / schedule a pickup.

If you do not ship out your return within 5 calendar days, you will be charged the full value of the box. All returned items must be undamaged.

What if I need more time before returning?

Life happens! If you need additional time after the 5 day try on period to send your unwanted items back please reach out: contact@thinkseneca.com before the end of the 5 day period.

What if I want to change the items in my box?

We are here to make this experience as useful to you as possible. If you have any special requests, feel free to let our team know and we will build the right box for you. We will be able to edit the items in a box as long as it hasn't shipped yet

Payment

When do I share payment information?

When picking out the fabrics and sizes of the 3 HomeFit items in our portal, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. This is purely to ensure that the credit card on file is authorized - you will not be charged at this point. You will only be charged for items you choose to keep, or if you do not ship out your returns within 5 calendar days.

When will my card actually be charged?

Your card will be charged once one of the following happens:

Your returned items are received by our team. We will then charge your card for any items that you have kept and follow up with you confirming the total and sharing your receipt.

If you do not ship out your returns within 5 calendar days (the return label included in your box is not scanned by the mail service within 5 days of being delivered) your card will be charged the full amount of your order.

Will I be notified of my total before my card is charged?

Your card will be charged only once your returns are processed, for the items you've chosen to keep. We will send you confirmation of items kept and a receipt for the amount charged. If you have any concerns or questions about your charge, please reach out to contact@thinkseneca.com

How is my payment information collected and stored?

All payment information is collected and stored using Stripe's PCI compliant and completely encrypted payment storage software. We do not have access to your payment details.

What if I want to change the card I have on file?

We are more than happy to help. Please reach out to contact@thinksenca.com and we will facilitate the update.

Is there a discount when using HomeFit?

Yes! Keep 1 item get 10% off, 2+ items get 20% off.

Measurements. All garments are hand-measured for accuracy.

It may be helpful to compare these product measurements to a similar garment you already own. To do this, place the garment on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside.
