What is HomeFit?
HomeFit is a new initiative to give our community the opportunity to try different sizes and fabrics in our Vanta Pant and other products, at home free of charge –– something we've been asked about quite frequently. There are no shipping fees, no commitments and this is not a subscription. Returns are free and easy. HomeFit is in beta, and is currently only accessible by invitation.
How does HomeFit work?
You will receive an invitation via email. To get started, reply letting us know you want to try HomeFit.
Our team will send a link to our portal, allowing you to to select the sizes and fabrics you want to try, as well as capturing your shipping info and putting a card on file for authorization (not charged unless you keep items).
The items are shipped to you. You have 14 calendar days to decide what you like, and return the rest using the prepaid shipping label. You will be only be charged for the garments you keep. If you keep more than 1 item, you get 20% off the order total.
What is in included my HomeFit box?
You will receive a total of 3 items in your HomeFit box. Two of the items will be Vanta Pants, the third item will be curated for you. Once you have opted in to HomeFit, you will receive a link to a portal wherein you can choose the fabrics and sizes you'd like to order for the 3 items.
Who has access to HomeFit?
HomeFit is currently invitation only. If you are interested in trying HomeFit, join the waitlist by emailing email@example.com
Is this a subscription?
No, HomeFit is not a subscription, and there is no commitment or obligation. This is simply an easy way to try on Seneca pieces, touch the fabrics, and decide which things work for you.
Products, Shipping & Returns
Which products are eligible?
Each HomeFit box will have two pairs of Vanta Pants.
We will curate a third item for you to try on - either the Terra Jacket, Orion Jacket, or Cortina Crewneck. If you have a specific preference, you can request a style when opting in to HomeFit.
You will be able to choose the size and fabric of each of the above.
The Forma Jacket 2 is unavailable for HomeFit at this time based on current levels of demand.
How do returns work?
We've made returning items as easy as can be.
You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your HomeFit box to return unwanted items.
The box we've provided is re-sealable, and we've already included the return label. Simply attach and drop off at your local USPS / schedule a pickup.
If you do not ship out your return within 14 calendar days, you will be charged the full value of the box. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged.
What if I need more time before returning?
Life happens! If you need additional time after the 14 day try on period to send your unwanted items back please reach out: firstname.lastname@example.org before the end of the 14 day period.

What if I want to change the items in my box?
We are here to make this experience as useful to you as possible. If you have any special requests, feel free to let our team know and we will build the right box for you. We will be able to edit the items in a box as long as it hasn't shipped yet
Will I still be able to return or exchange items purchased using HomeFit?
All HomeFit orders are entitled to the same 30 day return and exchange window as regular orders.
When do I share payment information?
When picking out the fabrics and sizes of the 3 HomeFit items in our portal, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. This is purely to ensure that the credit card on file is authorized - you will not be charged at this point. You will only be charged for items you choose to keep, or if you do not ship our your returns within 14 calendar days.
When will my card actually be charged?
Your card will be charged once one of the following happens:
Your returned items are received by our team. We will then charge your card for any items that you have kept and follow up with you confirming the total and sharing your receipt.
If you do not ship out your returns within 14 calendar days (the return label included in your box is not scanned by the mail service within 14 days of being delivered) your card will be charged the full amount of your order.
Will I be notified of my total before my card is charged?
Your card will be charged only once your returns are processed, for the items you've chosen to keep. We will send you confirmation of items kept and a receipt for amount charged. If you have any concerns or questions about your charge, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
How is my payment information collected and stored?
All payment information is collected and stored using Stripe's PCI compliant and completely encypted payment storage software. We do not have access to your payment details.
What if I want to change the card I have on file?
We are more than happy to help. Please reach out to email@example.com and we will facilitate the update.
Is there a discount when using HomeFit?
Yes. If you keep more than one item from your box, you will receive 20% off your total order before taxes.
